Great Staff average hotel and rooms
I was disappointed with the hotel and room and for this gave an average score. The family room was small and was in need of renovation like other more modern Novotel hotels. Despite the disappointment with the room and facilities available at the hotel the hotel staff were brilliant - a big thanks to Lina for checking us in smoothly and Saily for her guidance on locations etc. The staff are a credit to the hotel.
I was disappointed with the hotel and room and for this gave an average score. The family room was small and was in need of renovation like other more modern Novotel hotels. Very limited amenities available in room and hotel and aircon appeared to be on the brink of breaking down. Room cleanness good be improved in around the room, lights and lamps (these appear to have remain uncleaned for some time). Overall for a 4* hotel and price paid I would not recommend this without significant improvements made.

What was the highlight of Novotel Paris La Defense
A nice and comfortable stay, enjoyed great views from my room!
I liked the view of the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower from my room, which was quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
1. Faced some challenges with the location. Everytime I used an Uber, even from neraby locations like the Quatro Mall, the fares were quite high. I was told it's becuase the cab has to go all the way up and then turn back to the hotel. Also Uber drivers were reluctant to come at the main gate and preferred to wait at the end of the road. 2. While checking out, I was told that since I had booked through Booking.com, I will be receiving my invoice from them. However, after coming back and enquiring with Booking.com, I was told that the hotel should have given me!! Anyways, I finally got it on email from Novotel, but it was an unnecessary waste of time and energy.
